ACTA has got a Supervisory Board of the cooperation ACTA. De members of the board keep supervision on the functioning of ACTA. The Supervisory Board has got three members:

mw. prof.dr. Dymph van den Boom, Rector Magnificus at the University of Amsterdam
dhr. prof.dr. Lex Bouter, Rector Magnificus at the VU University Amsterdam
dhr. mr H.J. Rutten, vice-president of the Executive Board at the VU University Amsterdam
